A Day in the Life:


Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders regarding deposit account inquiries, issues, Online banking support and requests
  • Monitor deposit account transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Internal account reconciliation
  • Monitor, prepare, verify and process incoming and outgoing wires, and ACH transactions
  • Assist in coverage in other operations areas as needed
  • Participate in projects for new processes or process improvement
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues of a complex or sensitive nature
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 years’ banking or finance experience, Operations preferred
  • Broad experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong technical skills and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and exhibit a sense of urgency, a commitment to customer service, quality, and timely completion of duties without oversight
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication/presentation skills (both written and verbal)
