Lead Sales Representative

SHINE Technologies is seeking a Lead Sales Representative who will be responsible for increasing the sales pipeline and prospecting new opportunities in neutron imaging. This is a true sales position, spending most of the time hunting for the next opportunity to build partnerships and increase revenue. The Lead Sales Representative for Phase I will be an integral part of a high-growth company with the potential to bring fusion technology to the manufacturers in aerospace, defense, and other industries to ensure the integrity of critical components.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties and responsibilities of Lead Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively identify potential partnership opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions.
  • Lead conversations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
  • Execute strategic plans and continually assess market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in the sales process.
  • Build a networks of contacts on behalf of company to stimulate interest in company's products by attending and participating in trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars.
  • Diligence with account management, planning and analytic analysis.
  • Ability to manage/prioritize sales initiatives and adapt to an evolving fast-paced environment.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Five plus years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, presenting complex concepts in an articulate and persuasive manner.
  • Strategic thinker and self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
