We are a leading national garage door service and installation company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking Inside Support team members to close sales and hit budgeted revenue goals. 


Job Overview: 


As an Inside Support team member, you will play a critical role in follow-up door sales, service zero sales, and phone quote sales. The Inside Support team members will also support the Virtual Product Specialist sales staff, Install Coordination Department, and Customer Experience Department.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales

  • Each Inside Sales team member will be allocated a certain number of follow-up door sale leads per day. The IS member will be responsible for contacting each lead in a timely manner, creating a pipeline, following up, and closing as many sales as possible.
  • Each IS member will have the opportunity to take Phone Quote leads. It is the responsibility of the IS member to provide excellent customer service, build value, and close as many of these leads as possible.
  • Each IS member responsible for service calls will be responsible for closing as many non-converted service jobs as possible through inbound and outbound efforts.

Organization

  • Each IS member will be responsible to stay organized with all leads to ensure no opportunity gets missed. IS members will utilize the Chiirp software to create tasks, pipelines, text messages, calendars, and reminders to track their opportunities.

Customer Experience

  • IS members will be responsible for providing the highest quality customer service.
  • IS members will treat all leads with the same professionalism, time, and effort.

Performance

  • This role is a performance-based opportunity. Team members must continue to hit metrics and perform at a high level.
Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales
  • Experience in the garage door industry or related home improvement field is a plus. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales performance tracking software.
