Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for securing new business and managing existing accounts throughout the entire product lifecycle and providing customer sales support. The Sales Specialist will report progress on a regular basis to support business unit reporting on an ongoing basis.
Description of duties and responsibilities:
· Account Management: Manage internal and external accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure profitability.
· Product Solutions: Recommend product solutions that align with customer objectives and the company’s value proposition to establish a competitive advantage.
· Sales Strategy Support: Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support the company’s vision.
· Commercial Coordination: Coordinate commercial activities across the organization, including Engineering, Quality improvements, Quoting, Negotiating, and Reporting.
· Customer Relations: Promote effective communication with customers and develop professional working relationships with all customer representatives.
· Economic Analysis & Quotation: Manage economic analysis, data mining, and quotations by customers and products.
· Detail-Oriented: Maintain a high level of detail orientation and organization in work.
· Prioritization & Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing deliverables.

Education and Experience Requirements:
· Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in a position into Lubricants business (Exxonmobil, Chevron, Shell, BP, Total, Valvoline, Fuchs, Philips 66, Pennzoil, etc.,), OEM companies (GM, Ford, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Toyota, Daimler, etc.,) or Tier1 (Dana, AAM, JATSO, Denso, PACCAR, Allison Cummins, Meritor, etc.,), NOT OEM Distributors or retail sales shop.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
· Engine oil experience is not preferred. Transmission, Axle, electric vehicle fluid and Shock absorber oil are preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Office
· Bilingual - Korean/English is preferred but not mandatory
