Schedule

• Typical day shift hours, 45-47hrs per week

Functions and Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of general building items and grounds
• Achieve and maintain quality service and workmanship
• Coordinate an efficient personal daily work schedule
• Assist with any other general maintenance assignments and projects as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• 3-5 years experience in construction, mechanical, or relevant field
• Efficient management time with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize incoming work
• High commitment to safety
• Equipment repair experience
• Has a clean driving record
