Job Summary: The Asset Management Analyst is a multifaceted and dynamic opportunity , requiring a blend of financial acumen, multifamily expertise, and strategic thinking. By effectively managing multifamily assets, implementing value-enhancing strategies, and driving operational excellence, the analyst plays a critical role in maximizing returns and achieving investment objectives in the multifamily real estate sector and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained. 


Duties & Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and property performance evaluations. · Closely monitoring key metrics such as rental income, occupancy rates, operating expenses, and market trends, · Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and value enhancement within the multifamily portfolio. · Develops and implements strategic initiatives to optimize the performance of multifamily properties. · Executing asset management plans as instructed.· Assisting with capital improvement projects, · Implementing leasing and marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. By collaborating with onsite operation TEAMS · Ensures that operational objectives align with the overall investment strategy.· Prepares detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for multifamily properties. · Communicate key insights to senior management, · Responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations, property management standards, and investor requirements are maintained

· Flexibility and willingness to travel for project site visits and meetings as needed.

· Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office and project management software.


Education & Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

· Knowledge of asset management functions including understanding property budgets and lender reporting preferred but willing to train the right candidate 

· Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between work locations.


Physical Demands:

· Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone.

· Walking and standing to inspect properties and attend meetings.

· Lifting and carrying files, documents, and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.

· Occasional travel to various locations, which may involve sitting for extended periods of time during travel.
