JOB SUMMARY

The IT support specialist will focus on the daily IT needs within the organization. This role is integral to keeping the business running smoothly and needs a broad understanding of IT operations to provide support to system users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization

 Installing and maintaining hardware/ software components of telephone, computer, and network systems.

 Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and telephony issues

 Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components

 Assist in ensuring the security of technology environment

 User training in applications.

 Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly

 Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation

 Coordinate activities with network services and information systems groups.

 Setup, maintain, and support tablet users 

 Refer major hardware problems to supervisor for correction.

 Perform other duties as assigned.

Associate’s degree in technical field and 2 years of relevant experience

Salary Description
$23 - $25 an Hour
