Description

The Sales Development Representative is our customers’ first impression and discover new business. You will work closely with our Onboarding team to facilitate software demonstrations and helps customers get started growing their business and partnering with Inktavo!


What you will do:

  • Welcome new customers and set qualified demonstration appointments
  • Partner with Onboarding team to gain sales techniques and learn best practices
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Ideate new ways to reach out to old customers & reactivate them
    • Examples include: Asking for referrals, email campaigns, catching up calls, check-in calls, regular webinars or sending gifts
  • Assisting Onboarding team with follow-ups & customer training

Salary Description
45,000 plus commission
