We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and provide valuable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate their findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to provide meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models.
• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Python or R a plus!
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data management and data governance best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
