Legacy Medical Academy is hiring a passionate CNA Instructor to train the next generation of healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to educate both high school students and adults in a dynamic learning environment, preparing them with the skills and confidence to succeed as Certified Nursing Assistants. 

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana
   
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
   
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective instruction in classroom and clinical settings
   
• Proficiency with educational technology and instructional resources to enhance learning outcomes
   
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet program needs and support student success
   
• Commitment to professional standards and ethical principles in nursing and teaching
   
• Previous experience as a CNA instructor or nurse educator preferred, but not required—ideal for nurses seeking to transition into teaching
