This is an on-site role at our office location in Houston, Texas.


The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in interpretation of MFL, Geometry and Inertial mapping pipeline inspection data as well as a current ASNT Data Analysis Level I certification.


Position Summary:


Data Analysis Level I perform analysis activities including data setup, data searches, feature detection and identification. Final report construction of tables and charts.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safety shall always be the top priority
  • Work in a team environment collaborating and sharing knowledge and experiences.
  • Learn the responsibilities and required tasks of a Level II Data Analysis
  • Completed requirements of Level II Data Analysis and pass evaluations
  • Prioritize daily tasks ensuring on time delivery of assigned reports
  • Understanding and drive compliance of API 1163, ASNT ILI-PQ, and POF is required. 
  • Perform data preparation and processing of ILI data
  • Feature categorization, evaluation, and identification
  • Performs other assigned tasks


Requirements


  • Degree or diploma in engineering, science, or technical discipline; or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 6 month of experience in interpretation MFL, Geometry and Inertial mapping pipeline inspection data. 
  • Entegra Data Analyst Level I certification. 
  • Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient with operating relevant customized and shrink-wrap computer software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, accurate, and complete results
  • Requires a strong ability to sustain focus on one or more tasks while avoiding distractions. 
  • Willingness to handle repetitive tasks
  • Requires pattern recognition and spatial thinking skill. 
  • Must be customer focused, have an excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work in a team environment
