Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge: Prospect new business opportunities by activating networks, maximizing leads, and converting them into sales.
- Engage with Leaders: Secure and conduct meetings with senior HR and line executives.
- Expand and Conquer: Target and win cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
- Drive Success: Create opportunities with urgency to surpass revenue goals.
- Close Deals: Progress opportunities through the sales cycle to close within target timeframes.
- Strategize: Devise pricing and negotiation strategies to secure contracts.
- Manage Multiple Opportunities: Portfolio management; balance activity between prospects and clients across the buying cycle.
- Sell Strategically: Navigate complex sales situations with a strategic product mix.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to secure new business, grow existing business and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Exceed Goals: Continuously meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including peer coaching.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
