First Principles

These sets of principles are the north star for our organization’s growth:

We bias for momentum over urgency

· This bias does not mean there are no urgent matters we need to be responsive to, it means that by focusing and prioritizing momentum building systems, practices and capabilities we will create more market value and pace over time than we would otherwise.

We inspect and interrupt inertia

· Status quo is always challenged.

We disrupt and displace debt

· Where we are limited by technical debt and friction we will prioritize resolution.

We stack small successes

· We build momentum by iteratively delivering small wins which will culminate in large wins for the company and confidence in our team.

We lead with empathy
