Operations Support Description
The Operations Support Team Member role enjoys supporting a dynamic and high energy environment. They will be responsible for supporting all our company-owned retail stores in compliance to our Brand Operating Standards and being a key role in bringing our Un-Carrier Experience alive for our customers. You’ll take pride in your work and work closely with our Corporate HR, Talent, IT/Facilities and Sales Leadership Team to plan and execute Brand Operating Standards with Excellence. Responsibilities:
· Prevent loss and control shrink by performing preventative tasks and monitoring loss, company policy enforcement and programs throughout the company.
· Analyzing data such as cash deposits, schedules, and infractions.
· Conduct surveillance on the sales floor as well as utilizing the CCTV system to identify, observe and apprehend or deter individual(s) from committing theft.
· Monitor systems involving Deposit Transit System, internet change orders, time fraud, and thermostats.
· Provide a safe and secure store environment for KCI customers, associates, and vendors by monitoring inventory, money safes, and alarm systems.
· Identify and report to KCI leadership of any potential misconduct opportunities.
· Ability to respond well to emergency situations such as external thefts, robberies, and burglaries.
· Train other employees in operation control methods such as secure the building and inventory, uniform violations, proper operating times.
· Assist in other areas related to operations and loss prevention as required by their Operations Support Team Manager such as merchandise and office supply ordering.
What we are looking for:
· Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, trouble shooting, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Intermediate computer skills highly recommended.
· Computer/Analytics based student or graduate.
· 1-2 years of data analysis, programing, and/or retail sales.
· Thinks outside the box and looks for gaps in our processes.
· Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays appropriate to the business needs.
· Consistent and reliable attendance. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
