The EPIC Revenue Operations Associate is:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily provider operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our onboarding and success processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure new providers within the HFD system so that they can take advantage of our patient financing platform.
- Assist in managing provider inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform account adjustments for providers that need pricing or settings changes.
- Collaborate with providers and HFD team members in the troubleshooting of issues
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company CRM and lending platform.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by operations manager.
Requirements

- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, SalesForce, etc)
