Reports to: Director of Operations


Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with at least one to two (1-2) years of relevant experience. This position will offer support to our Urgent Care centers in New Jersey and will work with and report to our Director of Operations.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Act as Administrator for the company’s HRIS, Paylocity

· Bi-weekly payroll processing

· Assist in recruiting and oversee scheduling of providers in center locations.

· Assist Office Managers and new employees with onboarding and orientation

· Administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, voluntary, and 401k plans.

· Maintain licensure and medical malpractice insurance policies for providers.

· Point person for annual performance and compensation review for all staff.

· Acts as the liaison for employee related issues; addresses all disputes which may arise between employees and management.

· Other duties & special projects as assigned

Requirements

Requirements for this position include:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

· 1-2 years related experience

· Experience working with HRIS preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills.
