Enterprise and Data Manager -Shared Position

Position Overview:


The Enterprise and Data Manager will play a critical role within the two organizations providing the data and research to strategically support earned and contributed revenue generating programs. The shared

position will identify relevant data, key contacts, and trends to inform the Administration of both organizations. Both Attack Theatre and MCG Jazz recently completed strategic plans including a focus on developing new earned revenue streams and cultivating contributed revenue. As a shared position, MCG Jazz and Attack Theatre recognize that the Enterprise Data Manager cannot solely be responsible for implementing all components. However, they can provide the critical data, research, and information that contributes to their successful implementation.

This role will be split approximately 20 hours per organization working at both locations.


Job Responsibilities Include:

· Help to manage the CRM and assist with data collection to support program, funder, and earned income enterprise activations.

· Enter information into CRM database; ensure quality of data; generate reports; modify structure and settings; verify data and maintain database integrity.

· Analysis of existing participants, partners, ticket buyers, and donors with a goal to increase stakeholder engagement and revenue.

· Research and analysis of current and prospective regional and national arts and other non-profit partners for Attack Theatre and MCG Jazz individually based on organizational needs and goals.

· Maintain a matrix of corporations, businesses, and organizations to streamline methods of nurturing and maximizing relationships and outcomes.

· Interface with the public to collect data at programs and events.


 

What we offer:

· Salary of $45,000 - $50,000 annually DOE

· Primarily in-person work location with weekly work-from-home options with work hour flexibility. Due to the nature of Attack Theatre and MCG Jazz programs, some on-site nights and weekends are required.

· Professional but relaxed office atmosphere, no corporate dress code

· Free classes at both organizations, performances and studio space (when available)

· Minimum two years of experience as an employee in data management, enterprise development or other related positions (arts nonprofit experience preferred).

· Knowledgeable of data management best practices within the performing arts industry.

· Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated, energized by workflow systems and digital tools and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative work environment.

· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experienced with a variety of software platforms and the desire to utilize technology as an effective tool for communication and engagement.

· Flexible, curious, and committed to learning.

Experience with:

· CRM (e.g. Little Green Light, PatronManager, Agile)

· Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, design software

· Project Management software for personal and organizational workflow effectiveness
