Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to identify their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets by effectively selling new and pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Conduct thorough product demonstrations and educate customers on vehicle features and benefits.
• Prepare and present clear and concise sales proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to test drives and final delivery.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company dress code.
• Participate actively in dealership meetings and training sessions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto sales, preferably at a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Strong product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
