What You’ll Do:
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Exceed monthly sales goals by confidently selling new and pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate vehicle features and benefits.
- Present tailored sales proposals that align with each customer’s preferences and budget.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to test drive to final delivery.
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Jim Shorkey brand with pride.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and informed.

Requirements
? What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of auto sales experience, preferably with CDJR brands.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
- Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
