We are looking for an energetic and professional Bartender to join our vibrant restaurant. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to bar patrons and other guests.
Knowledge of all food and beverage menus will be required to ensure the best possible dining experience for the guests. You will also be responsible for serving alcoholic beverages and creating handcrafted cocktails while maintaining the cleanliness of the bar. This position is responsible for providing attentive service throughout the guest’s dining experience by accurately taking and communicating the guest’s order and following up on guest requests. Maintaining accurate guest checks and managing cash and credit transactions.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Proficiency in using POS systems; familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and local liquor laws.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.

- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Take and serve food orders from bar customers.
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as necessary.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
