This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons. The ability to muli-task in a high-volume environment is a must. This position is responsible for providing attentive service throughout the guest’s dining experience by accurately taking and communicating the guest’s order and following up on guest requests. Maintaining accurate guest checks and managing cash and credit transactions.
- Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to memorize menus and understand menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.
- Understanding of various cuisines and ability to describe menu items accurately.

- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
