Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to produce top-quality proposals, create innovative graphics, craft compelling stories, and implement forward-thinking initiatives in partnership with the marketing team, firm staff, consultants, and clients. The Marketing Coordinator will be dedicated to the success of all marketing programs.

Description

  • Lead teams in winning project pursuits through research, strategy, and execution.
  • Prepare and produce proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and other materials including writing copy and designing graphics.
  • Information gathering for industry-related surveys and communications.
  • Assist with sponsorship events including planning and attending.
  • Organize and maintain CRM database and marketing content.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years of proposal experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry.
  • Wide knowledge of the procurement process.
  • Ability to read and analyze RFPs and RFQs.
  • Ability to prepare and produce high volume of proposals.
  • Ability to keep up and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage work on multiple projects and respond effectively to shifting priorities.
  • Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Team player with an upbeat attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to craft a story.
  • Exceptional graphic design skills (layout of art and copy).
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
  • CRM experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture/Design, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, work onsite in our Redwood City or San Francisco office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without any restrictions or requirements of visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The typical pay range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 in total compensation. Compensation depends on the individual's skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
