Position Description 

U.S. Soccer is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support several internal platforms. This individual will join U.S. Soccer’s growing product and technology team and will be responsible for the success of our CRM solution and related technologies. They will lead the organization’s efforts to create and maintain a 360-degree profile of the customer, integrating data and workflows from all lines of business. This individual must have a strong mix of Salesforce declarative and Apex coding capabilities. This position reports to the Senior Director of Platforms. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Salesforce CRM implementation including sales, service, advancement, and partnership teams
  • Provide ongoing support and training to all staff on common Salesforce workflows and best practices
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer data orchestration
  • Coordinate case management workflows and metrics across all departments
  • Gather product requirements from a wide variety of internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom objects, and automations
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
  • Experience using project management software
  • Proven track record of maintaining complex Salesforce implementations involving Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or higher
  • Must have expertise in developing and managing Apex code and triggers within the Salesforce platform to customize functionality and automate processes.


Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strategic hustle and work ethic with diversity of thought
  • A background in, and passion for, soccer, sports and/or entertainment is preferred
  • Highly comfortable with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools (dataloader.io, Jitterbit, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with the Simple Salesforce package
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish, preferred)
