Job Summary:  

Payarc seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level role and vital addition to a well-established creative group within the payments technology industry. The Marketing Coordinator will support all marketing efforts of Payarc including social media, content writing, design, lead generation, marketing automation, email campaigns, public relations, and event marketing. This position will play a key role in helping drive growth across all digital marketing platforms and must be a proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and executional, organizational, and creative skills. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. This role is best suited for someone looking to build experience in a wide variety of marketing strategies and efforts. We will provide on-the-job training for career and personal development.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as an integral part of the marketing team to drive successful execution of digital marketing campaigns through all online channels
  • Coordinate marketing team projects, maintain tasks, and update marketing resource library.
  • Book and register for events, review and finalize contracts and lock down logistics such as material shipping, event scheduling, merchandise ordering, third-party vendors, photography and videography, etc.
  • Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs, including order placements, timeline management, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations, attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP tracking, and issue resolution.
  •  Coordinate and promote events, trade shows, and product launches
  • Assist in copywriting newsletters, blogs, social media, email, landing pages and more as needed.
  • Assist in designing emails, social posts, branded items, reference guides and more on Adobe suite and Canva as needed.
  • Schedule social media posts, and monitor relevant news and content
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Assist with project management and ensure tasks are completed within deadline.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience Required:


  • 2+   years of experience in a marketing role
  • Background   in financial industry, with experience directly related to marketing and   sales departments
  • Strong   project management and organizational skills
  • Email   Automation and reporting
  • Creative   thinker with strict attention to detail
  • Excellent   verbal and written communications
  • Solid   understanding of marketing campaign elements, production timelines, and   understanding of how to interpret and adhere to brand guidelines

Education Requirements:


  • B.A.   in marketing, communications, business, or related field or relevant   experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged sitting.

Salary Description
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
