Responsibilities

  • Create and achieve profit plan. Meet or exceed the profit plan.
  • Follow Front End Alignment process to create, evaluate, and align scope, resources, and compensation prior to issuing proposals.
  • Participate in proposal writing and interviews.
  • Create raving fans, repeat clients, and client referrals by providing high-quality experience.
  • Less than 5% monthly NOR variance.
  • Develop and maintain a workplan to meet project goals and schedule.
  • Hold team accountable for tasks and milestones.
  • Obtain buy-in and guide client through decisions and design process.
  • Deliver high-quality documents with a Quality Assurance rating of 4 and maintain a change order percentage of 2% or lower.
  • Follow JLG process to provide high-quality documents that meet JLG and industry standards, as well as code and technical requirements.
  • Ensure documents are well coordinated and meet project program and goal outcomes.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or Associate degree in Business or a Project Management related degree.
  • 3-5 years of business, architecture or project management experience.
  • Experience leading or planning projects with fee/budget over $200,000, or $5 million in construction cost.
  • Strong attention to schedule and budget adherence.
  • Ability to build, guide, and develop project team toward successful outcomes for client, business, and individual.
  • Strong verbal, graphic and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of architectural project delivery process from proposal to construction completion OR applicable experience in more than one field to demonstrate ability to learn and apply project management principals to multiple project type applications.
