Job Duties: Design innovative and improved antenna systems that integrate into complex projects. Address integration issues before they arise, in collaboration with Field Application Engineers, Customers, and Engineering. Work within a channel between customer designs and company solutions. Leading new technology developments and build a portfolio of advance antenna solution to be used for next generation radio systems. Reduce time-to-market by developing solutions that enable company to stay ahead of its competitors.
Required education: Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or related
Required experience: 18 months as Antenna/RF Engineer or related.
Additional minimum requirements: 18 months of work experience to include the following:
- Cellular/LTE/Wifi/GPS/mm-wave antenna designs.
- Electromagnetics, broadband antennas, array design and theory, microwave and transmission line theory, passive and active RF circuit designs and matching, PCB technology for RF/mm-wave applications.
- Electromagnetic and circuit simulation tool High Frequency Structure Simulator.
- Hands-on and bench skills in optimization for the S-parameters, bandwidth, antenna efficiency/gain/radiation patterns, and RF system parameters.
