Programmatic SETA
TENICA is looking to hire a Programmatic SETA with a TS/SCI, CI poly
PM SETA shall provide support in the execution of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the research in the areas of Development, Source Selection, Execution, Closeout, and Transition. The PM SETA is expected to take a leadership role in ensuring the timely collection, assessment, and reporting of financial and programmatic information for a series of multifaceted program reporting requirements.
Duties:
The PM SETA shall interact with research performers, test & evaluation contributors, and transition organizations which includes:
- Support the development, monitoring, and revision of financial spend plans, generation of funding documents and preparation of financial presentations.
- Provide administrative support to program lifecycle execution: Development, Source Selection, Execution, Closeout and Transition, to include document review and editing, development and maintenance of trackers, logistics, meeting coordination, and stakeholder data collection and coordination.
- Provide support management of source selection for program of Broad Agency Announcements, and tasks in support of new research initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for internal requirements and process, to include but not limited to data management (updates, review, reporting), property, and records management.
- Oversee, analyze performance to plan, identify budget deviations and recommend resolutions to performer spend plans to the Program COTR and PM.
- Interact with research performers, test & evaluation contributors, and transition organizations
The PM SETA is expected to take a leadership role in ensuring the timely collection, assessment, and reporting of financial and programmatic information for a series of multifaceted program reporting requirements. The PM SETA shall also provide support for other technology/program development activities, including support for seedlings, studies, and challenges, and other related work affiliated with an executed research program.
