HALO is looking for an Implementation Coordinator who will be operational support for HALO's E-commerce store program implementations. This person, as part of their early career, will assist in coordinating implementation projects which include operational account setup, documentation of program requirements, tech-related onboarding projects and inter-departmental partnership build. This person will also be responsible for utilizing internal and external resources to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and financial success of each project.

 
Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the coordination of implementation of programs’ requirements outlined in the business requirement docs and contracts.
  • Support Implementation Project Managers with account creation, asset and documentation management related to new implementations.
  • Align with shared services teams on project assignments which include program structure design documentation to Accounts Receivable.
  • Gather and manage assets, product copy and size charts for program product transition inventory.
  • Enter web tickets for new, quick-turn around implementation projects and act as QA on completed tickets.
  • Run and format daily, weekly and quarterly standard reports regarding product sales for client review.
  • Assist Implementation Project Manager with preparing content for internal and external meetings on a regular basis. 
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
  • Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
  • Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
  • Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports
  • Flexibility to work with a team and take on new responsibilities 


Preferred Experience/Education

  • Associate’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience
  • Basic systems knowledge (Confluence, Smartsheet, JIRA) a plus


Compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to HALO at the time of the posting and does not include any potential benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The estimated hourly range for this position is between $17.00 - $18.00 USD.
