ExpertVoice is looking for a Customer Success Associate.  You will play a crucial role in executing & analyzing ExpertVoice sold campaigns, programs, and initiatives. Primary responsibilities are to ensure execution of all day-to-day activities and wow our client partners with insights and optimization recommendations. This person would work closely with our clients and many internal teams, including sales, professional services, marketing, and product development.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

You will serve as the execution and optimization point of contact for a portfolio of ExpertVoice clients. You will interact with your book of client partners regularly via the phone, video conference and email (some travel for face-to-face trade shows and headquarter visits is possible), and help the client execute best practices, and deliver results from their service.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance reporting to craft actionable insights & optimization recommendations for our brand clients
  • Achieve quarterly goals that include growing Year over Year invoiced revenue
  • Work closely with an Account Executive and Project Manager to execute and launch client projects including custom content builds, marketing campaigns, and other integrated marketing initiatives
  • Explain usage statistics, give insights, and work proactively with the Account Executives to drive client ROI
  • Serve as the execution point of contact for a book of client partners
  • Organize and lead client-facing platform training to increase knowledge and elevate clients' understanding of internal and external tools; including but not limited to, analytics training, sales rep training, order processing, etc.
  • In collaboration with the Account Executive, help build and maintain a master calendar of events for each client, planning out promotional activities for the year
  • Report client status and feedback to appropriate internal ExpertVoice teams
  • Keep detailed track of main contacts and key personnel changes
  • Travel for face-to-face trade shows, client headquarter visits, as well as company-wide quarterly meetings is possible
  • Meet and exceed quarterly team initiatives and objectives

The Ideal Candidate will have: 

  • 1-3 years of account management experience and/or Customer Success experience for a high-tech software-related firm
  • Experience with direct B2B client communications

The targeted pay range for this position is $58,000 to $65,000 plus participation in the Company performance bonus plan.
