Description

The VP of Client Growth is accountable for base business retention and new revenue growth by cross-selling along with up-selling of revenue from existing accounts. Accountable for the achievement of revenue within the assigned business segment or territory/ named accounts. Also responsible for leading and driving their respective POD to achieve the overall goal from each member of the POD team.

  • Responsible for the design and execution of the annual strategic plan for revenue and goal achievement in the account base individually and the overall POD
  • Accountable for achieving all revenue goals, new and recurring, as established and agreed including the overall POD
  • Work and collaborate with Nuvem Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns for all assigned accounts and for alignment with new business. Direct Marketing efforts across the POD to ensure each POD member maximizes Marketing efforts.
  • Aligned with the Nuvem Sales Methodology, leads all aspects of planning, opportunity management, account management and use of resources.
  • Timely recordation of all activities and information exchange in the Nuvem CRM
  • Actively participates in industry events and conferences as a representative of Nuvem in the marketplace in ways that improve Nuvem’s positioning, reputation, and prospective customer desirability.
  • Serves as subject matter expert internally to position Nuvem as a leader in Pharmacy Management.
  • Partners effectively with Finance ensuring that all forecasting, pricing, billing, and invoicing are timely and efficiently maintained.
  • Works with Nuvem internal resources to get the most out of customer opportunities and customer success.
  • Conducts onsite QBRs and/or client facing meetings

Requirements
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Key Account/ Client Growth Experience
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 50%, every other week 2-3 days traveling
