We are hiring an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team.  Great opportunity to be a part of a fantastic and supportive team!  The HR Coordinator provides timely and accurate support to the HR team across a wide range of activities and helps our HR team deliver a top-tier employee and candidate experience. 


Key responsibilities: 

HR Operations
· Supports HR Operations across all key facets, including payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and employee relations

· Acts as primary backup for payroll and benefits administration

· Works with employees to help resolve issues


Employee Onboarding
· Manages pre-offer background checks, tracking, and documentation

· Executes onboarding activities for new hires; ensures timely processing and escalation of issues

· Coordinates and schedules new-hire training communication to support an excellent day-one experience for new employees


Talent Acquisition
· Supports Talent Acquisition across the full spectrum of recruiting activities

· Manages job postings in ATS and on various career websites

· Tracks candidates in ATS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process

· Coordinates registration and logistics for career fairs and other events, and attends events when appropriate

Performs other related duties as assigned 

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience required

· 0 to 3 years of related experience required; 2-3 years preferred

· Proven ability to handle confidential information

· Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures

· Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, organizational skills and attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to function well in a high-paced, employee-centric environment
