Joining our team as the National Account Manager- Bakery presents an exciting opportunity within the food processing equipment field. We are a dynamic company focused on growth and expanding our product lines within the bakery segment. The successful candidate will drive opportunities and scale future sales growth within our bakery portfolio. This position covers bakery customers in the US and Canada, focusing on developing relationships and driving new market growth in this segment.


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to develop opportunities that lead to sales of new capital equipment solutions.
  • Meet with customers—both in person and virtually—to identify new opportunities, market potential, and drive sales of the Pacproinc product line.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market penetration into the bakery segment.
  • Provide frequent feedback on market demands and projects.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities within CRM, including regular status updates and other sales activities.
  • Foster and grow customer relationships by building trust through frequent customer visits and communications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service and Support teams to manage customer expectations.
  • Travel frequently within the region, and internationally as required.
  • Actively communicate with our customer base on potential applications and existing projects.
  • Maintain strong customer focus to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Effectively monitor any escalation process for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of industrial services or capital equipment.
  • Experience in the Industrial baking and food equipment industry is required.
  • Approximately 60% Domestic and International.
  • Proven history of business growth and new market penetration.
  • Strong sales ability and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with value-based selling (consultative sales process).
  • Proven track record of reaching or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of bakery segment and food processing solutions and their impact on customers.
  • Ability to communicate market demands and new development ideas to the internal team.
