Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Donut Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of baking techniques, and a creative flair for crafting delicious donuts. The Donut Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of donuts, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every batch.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Baking:
  • Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs and batters according to recipes.
  • Roll, cut, and shape dough to form donuts.
  • Operate and monitor baking equipment, such as ovens and fryers, ensuring proper temperature and timing.
  • Fry, bake, and decorate donuts with glazes, icings, sprinkles, and other toppings.


  • Quality Control:
  • Inspect donuts for quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Adjust recipes and processes as needed to maintain product quality.


  • Sanitation and Safety:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and tools after use and or at the end of your shift.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary or baking certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Pay: $18-22/hour

 

The hours may vary depending on scheduling with other staff.
