The objective of a Regional Field Manager is to oversee and manage the operations of the division within a specific region. This role involves direct management of regional office managers and appraisers, ensuring that they handle files proficiently and effectively. The manager is responsible for implementing policies and procedures aimed at enhancing overall performance, aligning with the division’s objectives and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The manager’s performance is gauged based on the achievement of divisional goals and responsiveness to the client base executed within the company competencies and objectives. Collaboration with other departments and managers is crucial to ensure the attainment of the division’s targets. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.

  • Responsible for compiling and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly regional reports to management with the ability to communicate performance clearly and concisely department’s objectives. 
  • Strong leadership and management skills are essential for leading and managing a team of field appraisers and technicians. Feedback to Appraisers during performance reviews should include metrics such as QC reviews, KPI dashboard metrics, and cycle time Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze claims data and make sound decisions based on that analysis is crucial.
  • Strong organizational skills: The ability to keep track of multiple claims and ensure that they are handled efficiently and effectively is important. Collaborate with and work alongside other departmental units to achieve stated Operations      objectives.
  • Willingness to travel: An Operations Regional Field Manager may be required to travel within the assigned area frequently to assess claims and manage teams in different locations.
  • A commitment to achieving success through a structured methodology by using action plans and reporting tools to organize and run the business.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Required Education and Experience

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism; interact with staff at all levels within the organization and ability to maintain      confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, Visio, and strong typing skills. Experience with Smartsheet a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Work schedule must be flexible to changing task requirements.

Preferred education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of insurance and leadership experience preferred. 
  • Prior supervisory/people leadership experience preferred.

Starting salary range:

  • $80K - $120K (bonus eligible)

Job Specifics:

  • Fully Remote (equipment stipend provided)
  • Salaried Exempt - Full-Time (Core Working Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm CST)

Travel Required

  • Up to 20% travel. Willingness to travel and work in a nationwide team of professionals.

$80,000 - $120,000
