Dizzion is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to our strategic finance team and work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will help drive decision making. 

Financial Analysis:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial forecasts.
• Prepare insightful financial analysis and reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and variances against budget/forecast.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support strategic decision-making and identify risks and opportunities.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and board of directors.
• Provide variance analysis and explanations for financial results compared to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.

Business Partnership:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to understand business drivers and support decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to analyze financial impact of initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insights.
• Implement best practices and new tools to streamline Financial Analyst processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects:

• Support special projects including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analysis, investment evaluation, pricing strategies, and other strategic initiatives as needed.

What Other Skills Give Me an Advantage?

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

· 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Financial Analyst roles within the tech industry or a similarly fast-paced environment.

· Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g: Sage Intacct) and financial planning software preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively to senior management.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

Salary $90,000 - $100,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
