Spirio Coordinator
Description

Steinway & Sons is seeking a Spirio Engagement Coordinator to work with institutions on implementing Spirio, our player piano system.


This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Spirio at institutions who own a Spirio, to ensure Institutions are optimizing the Spirio technology and functionality for masterclasses, distance learning and other applications.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide after sales service to Spirio owning institutions
  • Ensure institutions are set up with the proper technical equipment and have the necessary bandwidth
  • Build and cultivate strong long-term relationships with Spirio owning institutions
  • Train and education institutional staff and technicians on how to use Spirio
  • Communicate and be the point person for rolling out updates and new technologies to institutions
  • Create and lead Spirio Institutional user groups
  • Be knowledgeable about Spirio and identify opportunities for institutions to use Spirio
  • Build relationships and engage with institutions on many different levels
Requirements

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree required, masters a plus
  • Background in music, especially piano
  • Superior communication, planning, creative problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Technology experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive new business
  • Strong, engaging executive presence and a passion for higher education required
  • This position requires some domestic travel ~1x per month.

The estimated annualized base salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000. Compensation will vary based on skills and experience.
