Position Summary:

As Account Executive on the TEAMINN team, you will maintain a robust network of business leaders in the sports travel space, develop strong relationships with partners and collaborate with key business executives and stakeholders. You will Assist and educate event operators, coaches and team managers, throughout the entire sales cycle, on the value of TEAMINN and how using our industry leading service can transform their travel experience.  You will work cross functionally with all lines of business to help impact revenue generation, as well as own the specific growth of the TEAMINN business unit. Sports knowledge and relationships in the Sports Housing space are required. Assuming the role of Account Executive, you will be a “difference maker” who can boost top of funnel, close new business, create a clear vision, define a plan, remove obstacles to performance, and increase velocity. The Account Executive should be eager to inject a collaborative spirit and implement a disciplined, partner-centric sales approach which produces strong results in this highly strategic market.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners within the Sports Travel landscape and industry influencers to drive sales growth and continually develop new business
  • Proactively build new business pipeline through a combination of email and phone outreach
  • Skillfully deliver web based presentations and product demos
  • Execute multi-year partnership agreements
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets
  • Execute initiatives, while holding yourself accountable for achieving goals and objectives
  • Identify and grow new opportunities, collaborate with team members to ensure growth attainment, and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Establish goals and objectives in support of team vision and remove obstacles to success

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in business or related field
  • 2+ years in high volume sales in the sports travel industry.
  • Proven closer with track record of exceeding quotas
  • Resilience and an ability to overcome objections
  • Experience running online web/mobile software demos through variety of platforms
  • Ability to network and generate lasting business relationships within the sports travel industry.
  • Proven experience building business
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; direct with feedback
  • Sense of urgency to create and achieve high performance goals
  • Disciplined sales approach, strong work ethic, and passion for excellence
  • Ability to work constructively in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent technical skills including experience with Salesforce and G-Suite/MS Office

Salary Description
$55,000-$60,000 + commissions
