Job Summary:
The Seasonal Club Ship and Grounds Maintenance Staff member is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Club Ship and grounds. This role includes custodial duties, event setup and breakdown, equipment maintenance, and ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are correctly implemented. The position requires a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility, working closely with the House Facility Manager, vendors, and contractors.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the maintenance of the Club Ship and grounds.
- Operate and maintain custodial functions.
- Coordinate the setup and breakdown of all Club events.
- Maintain all Club equipment for events and services.
- Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are correctly implemented in coordination with the General Manager.
- Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
- Complete daily check sheets to accomplish required tasks.
- Assist vendors and contractors during special projects.
- Complete special tasks and projects to maintain and improve the Club Ship.
- Manage small indoor and outdoor projects to enhance the club’s facilities.
- Adapt to changing tasks and demands as needed.
