We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team here at DOCS Health. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge of credentialing and current Human Resource Practices. Ultimately, we need an Onboarding Specialist who has excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and enjoys helping candidates begin their next career adventure!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new hires with prepared on-boarding electronic kits through Paylocity.
  • Ensure accuracy of new hire forms.
  • Complete new hire screening including but not limited to background check and drug tests.
  • Complete medical providers new hire screening including but not limited to primary source verification of license, OIG exemption, NPDB.
  • Verification of I9 using e-verify website.
  • Timely answer any new hires queries.
Requirements

  

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Equivalent work      experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working in a Human Resources Department with a focus in onboarding, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suit
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases
  • Good working knowledge of Human Resources practices
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
