Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center look alike; we strive to provide the best in healthcare services. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more.
About this role: (starting pay at $65,000) Our Clinically Licensed Therapists provide services across Indianapolis and South of the metro city. We are in clinics, schools, through our foster care program, and out in the communities. Therapists can provide direct care services to children, adults, and their families to reach their fullest potential. This posting refers to our FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center roles).
The Location and hours: Our Clinically Licensed Therapists are in clinics, schools, and out in the communities. A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position core hours are Mon-Fri Flex hours.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing clinical services and evidence based/best treatment to assigned caseload - Assigned caseload could include coverage across service line for treatment including, but not limited to, assessment, therapy, skills development, and case management services.
- Provide crisis intervention/emergency services - By assessing risk, development of safety plans, reporting of any abuse or neglect, coordinating hospitalization or any other emergency situations.
- Communication and collaboration with collateral contacts - By consulting with providers regarding integrated health, current function, medication related- issues, educations support, and any other care related to client/families.
- Accountability and Documentation - By completing documentation timely and accurately, maintaining ethical standards of Adult & Child, maintaining proficiency in the EHR.
- Master’s in social work or other License-eligible field
- Fully licensed for the following; LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, OR LMFT in Indiana
