Description

 

As an Onboarding Specialist for UnisLink, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process. You will coordinate with internal teams, including sales, account management and accounts receivable to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience. You will work with the clients for the first 90 days and then pass them on to their assigned Client Experience team. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our Revenue Cycle Management services.
  • Work closely with clients to gather necessary information, documents, and credentials required for onboarding.
  • Collect, review, and verify all relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each client, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to configure and set up client information in the company's systems.
  • Ensure that client data is accurately entered and synchronized across relevant platforms.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for clients, providing guidance on the use of RCM tools and processes.
  • Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support during the initial onboarding period.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, suggesting enhancements to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service during the onboarding phase.
  • Gather feedback from clients and communicate insights to relevant teams for ongoing improvements.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding within the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to revenue cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and system setup.
  • Proven ability to identify issues and proactively work towards resolutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable using various software and platforms related to client onboarding and revenue cycle management.
