Description
Summary
This position is an integral link between Clients, Carriers and the Agency, responsible for the day-to-day handling of a current book of business and associated renewals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Handles day-to-day client and carrier questions as well as other needs associated with a book of business in a timely manner
- Quotes all renewals in a timely manner and is ultimately accountable for client renewal books
- Prepares submissions
- Manages binding requests and issues actual policies
- Reviews and processes inspections
- Maintains customer information within the Company’s agency management systems
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of account management and commercial lines experience is preferred
- High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
