Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and filing documents.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
- Preparing sales reports and handling administrative duties to support the sales team.
- Participate in promotional events and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Assist in creating and maintaining social media presence.
Requirements

- Previous experience in a sales or office environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
