· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and jointly accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Committee on Allied Health Education with a B.S., B.A., or M.S. Degree.
· Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado.
· Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license.
· Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.
· Minimum of two years’ experience required, with home care experience preferred.
