About the Role
The Director of Sales is responsible for tactical and strategic leadership of a line of business and in most cases a team of Sales Managers, Major Account Managers and/or Account Managers.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Targets.
- Lead your team by example to successfully achieve sales goals set forth by the company.
- Ensure your team maintains minimum metrics and required key performance indicators.
- Consistently work with your team to understand the pipeline.
- Daily coaching, training, and development of your team members.
- Achieve accuracy and a high quality of standards for administrative duties such as reporting.
- Collaborate with leaders on other teams to meet sales goals and customer expectations.
- Develop yourself professionally.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales leadership experience.
- Demonstration of traits related to being self-motivated and driven.
- Self-awareness and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Good communication skills.
- Energetic.
