Position Overview
We are looking for highly capable business valuation experts to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has an established practice and existing referral base in their current market. Adamy will provide the support of a solid team of analysts and project managers as well as the infrastructure of a well run firm. You will join a team of business valuation professionals who work hard to ensure they are keeping up with the latest technical standards and that we are producing high-quality work products while achieving firm utilization and realization targets.
We are expanding in new markets and are looking for team members who embody the drive to build relationships that will ultimately help grow our firm.

Primary Responsibilities
- Generation of roughly $500k+ new business year one.
- Practice development: cultivating new relationships with referral sources.
- Invest in relationships: clients and prospects.
- Project administration and management - produce high quality, technically sound, and easy to understand work products.
- Product development and technical leadership - involvement in internal projects to improve efficiency, technical excellence, and quality.
- Internal leadership - provide leadership and mentoring for our team of business valuation professionals.
- Achievement of annual goals.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in professional services, with the majority being in business valuation
- Credentialed with one or more of the following: ASA, ABV, CPA, CFA, CVA
- Experience leading a team of business valuation professionals.
