Cloud Tech Support

Department: Govt Customer-Charlottesville 

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Must have active TS/SCI 

Responsibilities:

• Army MI Commercial Cloud Service Provider (AC2SP) support
• After hours Tiers 1 and 2 support
• This position involves troubleshooting workstation, networking, storage, and server issues on a variety of platforms.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal skills
• Resolve complex issues
