National Forest Foundation (NFF) is pleased to offer an Exempt, Full-time, position that will manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensure data integrity, and design solutions for Microsoft’s Power Platform and other business applications.

Position Function: The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator reports to the Director of Technology. The incumbent is responsible for Ensuring optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Fundraising and Engagement platform and ancillary modules including Marketing (Customer Insights) and Volunteers. Upgrading and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for optimized integration with MS Dynamics Business Central and RSM Grant Management system. Managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy over imports of donor and constituent engagement leads, contacts, and other CRM data. Additionally, this position is responsible for designing solutions for Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and the Microsoft suite of business applications including SharePoint, Teams, and Office.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator will:
- Ensuring optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and products.
- Upgrading and configuring Microsoft Dynamics systems for optimized integration.
- Administer, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365
- Managing Microsoft Dynamics roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Importing and data cleansing of donor and constituent engagement leads, contacts, and other data.
- Building custom reports and dashboards as needed by the fundraising & development team.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Microsoft Dynamics releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting the processes, including error reports and changes to the systems.
Location: The location for this position is flexible throughout the US. This position is a remote/work from home position and requires reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
Compensation: The NFF offers competitive compensation and benefits and has recently implemented a new compensation program as part of our commitment to transparency. The salary range for this position will be in the $87, 500 to $111,600 range and may be eligible for locality adjustment. Please note that the indicated salary range describes the full range for an incumbent in this position, new staff will generally start near the base end of the range. Education and Qualifications: NFF expects the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to possess the following educational and experiential qualifications:
- An Advanced or Intermediate level of Microsoft Dynamics certification in a relevant stream.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience or at least 4 years of experience with CRM systems.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics administrator.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics systems.
- Experience in performing Microsoft Dynamics upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States.
Abilities and Skills: NFF expects the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to possess the following proven abilities and skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Microsoft Dynamics profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing revenue and leads data and generating Microsoft Dynamics reports.
- Ability to provide Microsoft Dynamics training and end-user support.
