Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has an opportunity for a motivated individual. We are currently searching for one part-time Utility Reader. This position will consist of 30 minutes each day, training will be provided. Role and Responsibilities:

• Accurately read and record meter readings for the community water plant.
• Maintain daily meter reading log with potential findings.
• Inspect for default connections.
• Report irregularities to management promptly.

•  High School Diploma/GED.
