Junior Property Manager


As a Junior Property Manager, you will take on the diverse and dynamic responsibilities of property management while working closely with one of our Senior Property Managers. This partnership is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and guidance, ensuring you have the tools and support needed to excel in your career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in optimal condition.
  • Handle tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and addressing concerns.
  • Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, rent collection, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain a high level of rapport with property owners and tenants.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and property owners.
  • Help ensure properties remain safe and habitable for tenants, owners, and management.
Requirements

 


Licensing & Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must either currently hold an active Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License or be willing to work quickly toward obtaining one as a requirement of the position.
  • Candidates who are not currently licensed are still encouraged to apply. Riva Ridge will work with qualified candidates and provide support throughout the process of securing the necessary real estate license.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation

  • Base salary of $45,000 annually.
  • Junior Property Managers receive a flat leasing fee of $350.
