Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is accepting applications for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Early Supports and Services Professional (ESS Professional) to join our Family Resource Center. The Early Supports and Services Professional will work with children with a variety of developmental delays and/or disabilities from birth to age three to develop an Individualized Family Support Plan to support the child’s development. The ESS Professional will work together with a supportive, dynamic team within the Family Resource Center in order to connect the family to needed resources. The right candidate will be able to balance providing hands-on services while efficiently completing paperwork. Effective communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently are a must.
Local travel will be required in order to meet families in their natural environment. Flexibility in hours. This is primarily and in-person with some hybrid remote options.
An Associate Degree in education or human services related field with relevant experience is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience working with children under 3 is preferred.
